To present the urban transformation model implemented by İzmir on the basis of on-site transformation and one hundred percent reconciliation, as an exemplary concept for Türkiye. To produce solutions for the development of the real estate sector and to accelerate the institutionalization of the sector, to create the opportunity to experience all projects under one roof. To contribute to the formation of modern and civilized urban elements in the urbanization process.
